Health Guarantee:
FSA guarantees that your puppy is healthy and free of serious infectious disease and requires you the buyer to take the puppy to your veterinarian to be examined within 72 hours of purchase. This is for the protection of both the buyer and the breeder. FSA also guarantees that your puppy will be free from genetic defects for a period of two years. If your puppy develops any problems due to genetic defect FSA will replace your puppy with one of same sex and color at the next available breeding and puppy will be returned to FSA or puppy will be returned to FSA (seller) without the option of another puppy and refund will be given minus the deposit. You (the buyer) will need to present documentation from two licensed veterinarians as to the defect. All puppies will come with a medical record of health from a licensed veterinarian and will be microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and wormed at 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age including heartworm preventative at 8 weeks. Puppy will receive first vaccination DHPP at 7 weeks and it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the puppy receives the remaining vaccinations between 10-12 weeks and again at 14 weeks along with rabies vaccine between 12-16 weeks and then annually.
Dew Claws and Docked Tails
All puppies will have their dew claws removed and tails docked by day three. If you wish to keep the tail on your puppy, we need to be informed by day two and puppy paid in full. There will be no refunds by FSA (seller) if at any time you forego purchase commitment of puppy.
Purchase of Puppy:
A deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your puppy unless other arrangements are made and approved by FSA. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, this is to insure the buyer is committed to the puppy and purchase of the puppy and to protect FSA (seller) from buyer failing to honor contract agreement and possible loss of sale to perspective buyers for said puppy. Price of puppies include, puppy wellness exam by licensed veterinarian, medical record, first set of vaccinations, microchipping, scheduled de-worming, tails docked, dew claws removed, puppy folder with all documentation, and a puppy starter pack. FSA understands that issues may arise, if pick up or delivery of puppy cannot be completed at 8 weeks of age a boarding fee of 8.00 dollars a day will be added plus any medical expenses to keep puppy current on vaccines/de-worming. All puppies registerable through AKC will be registered and paid by FSA once buyer provides registered name, this will include 30 days of insurance for your puppy through AKC at no cost to the buyer.
FSA accepts credit cards/debit cards, Pay-Pal - flyingsminiaussie@gmail.com, Cash App, Venmo, cashiers check or money order. Deposits have to be received within 5 days of selecting the puppy of your choice unless other arrangements are made and approved by FSA or puppy will be eligible for purchase by other potential buyers.
Shipping/ Transportation: Shipping and/or transportation is available but is
NOT included in the price of the puppy. If health certificate is needed for travel that will also be the responsibility of the buyer regardless of whether it is pick up or delivery which costs approximately $40.00. If shipping or transportation is needed arrangements and payment must be made prior to puppy turning 7 weeks of age unless another arrangement has been made between FSA (seller) and buyer.
AVAILABLE: Deposit can be placed on puppy.
ON HOLD: Puppy is being held for further evaluation for FSA breeding program.
PENDING: Puppy is pending upon receipt of deposit
RESERVED: Deposit has been received on puppy and being held for purchase.
SOLD: Puppy has been paid in full and is no longer available.
